William O Callaghan, of Longueville House, has been producing Artisan Apple Brandy for many years using tree-to-bottle brewing, on the grounds of our award winning country house in Mallow, County Cork. Over time, a distinctive medium-dry cider has been added to our range using a mix of Dabinett and Michelin apples from our 20-acre apple farm. The Longueville House Cider range has earned a reputation of quality – rapidly becoming a major hit in many restaurants and licensed premises throughout Ireland. Our New cider, Longueville Mór, is the new baby of the family but is punching above its weight, a combination of our Longueville House Cider and our Apple Brandy with significantly more taste, more character, a truly delicious and unique cider.
