My background and experienced is extensive. I started my career as a Design Structural Engineer and developed my career in Consulting Engineering and Project Management. Working for companies such as ABM Europe, White Young Green and Balzar Engineering, I was responsible for not alone the Design, Engineering and Project Management of projects, but also the management and coordination of numerous teams, developed the practice of understanding, developing and deploying people and their skills. Eight years ago I moved into the area of Lecturing and Specialist Training and I now lecturer at Dublin Institute of Technology Dublin, where I specialise in a number of areas.
